利用气压锅制作省时20分钟自制叉烧,配上古早味调料的云吞面, 一碗肯定不够吃!
材料:
猪颈肉/三层肉 1kg, 叉烧酱 2汤匙,南乳 2块 ,黄糖 60g ,蚝油 1汤匙,生抽 1汤匙,黑酱油 1汤匙,五香粉半小匙,花雕酒 1汤匙,蒜蓉 2大匙。
做法:
- 三层肉去皮洗净,沥干水分。
- 把全部材料搅拌均匀至黄糖溶化,加入猪肉腌制隔夜。
- 放入Noxxa多功能气压锅,关紧锅盖后,设置Meat Stew 10分钟。
- 时间到打开锅盖,设置Stir Fry 10分钟,叉烧收汁至浓稠即可。
